It’s made in Minnesota, and it provides the reliable performance you need in order to keep your aim sharp as an eagle scout’s camp knife.
This cartridge sticks to the 45 ACP’s classic specs. Its bullet is a simple full metal jacket, complete with a lead core and copper-alloy jacket that cannot attract a magnet. Federal recorded the bullet’s 830 fps muzzle velocity with a 5” barrel. At that rate, you can expect about -2” drop at 50 yards when you aim to 25 yards. The FMJ can’t undergo terminal expansion, which really does make it better suited for target practice than it does self-defense.
This brass-cased, noncorrosive and reloadable ammo comes packaged 200 rounds per box, five boxes per case. Perfect if you want to waste as little time as possible opening boxes!
