1000rds – 38 Special Speer Lawman 158gr. TMJ Ammo

1000rds – 38 Special Speer Lawman 158gr. TMJ Ammo Details

When buying training ammo in bulk, you can never go wrong by sticking to a high quality brand which has been trusted to supply law enforcement organizations and training schools for decades. This 1,000 count pack of .38 Special rounds is manufactured under Speer's Lawman brand which uses the same high grade, American made components as Federal and CCI. These include reloadable brass casings, clean-burning powder, and non-corrosive Boxer primers. The cartridge profile is topped with a 158 grain total metal jacket (TMJ) projectile which is completely encapsulated by a strong copper jacket.

This bullet design leaves little residue in carry firearms and places less risk on revolver shooters who are more likely to inadvertently ingest lead particulate from their hands. A curved ogive and flat point make the rounds easy to load into a cylinder and safe to use in lever-guns chambered in either .357 Magnum or .38 Special. As an added benefit, the flat tips create clean holes in targets for easy scoring and group measurement. 158 grains is a common weight to both calibers and replicates the recoil and ballistic characteristics of popular duty and defense loads for practice that builds true proficiency.
