These old school .38 Special wadcutters are great match rounds when firing your j-frame at a IDPA BUG match or your favorite full size during NRA Bullseye events. Wadcutters are generally flat up front so that they tend to "cut" rather than tear holes in targets. This results in a cleaner, slightly wider impact point which is not only easier to score but has helped some shooters edge their way into better target zone. Magtech dimples and rounds the center of these particular lead wadcutter (LWC) projectiles for balance and better drag resistance in flight.

With a bullet weight of 148 grains, these cartridges match the profile which is long sought after and usually handmade by the most experienced .38 caliber competitors.
