Each of these 20 .45 ACP rounds is loaded with a 165 grain Pow’RBall hollow point projectile. The lead core of these unique projectiles is shaped into a specially designed cavity and topped with a smooth polymer ball. Upon target impact, the polymer ball works to initiate controlled expansion. The result is a classic mushroom shape that effectively transfers energy to the target. The round profile provides excellent weight retention and is unaffected by heavy clothing, glass, or sheet metal.

The polymer ball also creates a “full metal jacket” or “round nose” profile. The design enhancing feeding in semi-automatic weapons and delivers massive stopping power, making these loads a perfect option for self-defense.

Producing a muzzle velocity of 1225 feet per second, These +P overpressure rounds packs 550 foot pounds of energy. This new production ammunition is non-corrosive and features boxer-primed, reloadable brass casings.

I love this ammo. I have tested it on everything and it provides perfect penetration and expansion. This is the only personal defense ammo that I use now. It feeds into every pistol I own & I have not once ever had any problems with this ammo. I have shot quite a lot of it thru all my pistols, including my 1911, and all have been flawless with very consistent results with every round. I trust my life & the life of my family to this ammo, that is how confidant I am in it after all my testing. You will not be disappointed in this product & it will feed & eject thru the most picky pistols no problem. It is money very well spent IMO

I had problems feeding hollow points through my Springfield 1911A1. This ammo feeds with no problems and no jams. This is the self defense ammo I use now in the military 1911A1.

This is my current carry ammo due to the velocity and energy along with the ball in the hollow point to allow penetration through clothing. I got my Concealed Carry permit one year ago, and my choice of carry guns is the Glock model 36. I have been so glad that i did get my concealed carry permit.
