560rds – 7.62x51 Igman 147gr. FMJ M80 Ammo in Ammo Can

Igman Ammunition 147 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

An ammo can full of ammo is like a hard candy shell filled with delicious chocolate. Either thing would have been fine on its own. But together? Perfection.

This is 7.62x51 M80 ball ammunition (“M80” basically means this is the most “vanilla” 7.62x51 ammo you could buy). Suitable for rifles chambered for either 7.62x51 or 308 Winchester, this cartridge is loaded with a 147 grain FMJ bullet that ensures positive functionality by feeding smoothly and averting the accumulation of excessive lead residue within the rifling. Igman’s M80 bullet has a lead core and tombac (aka copper-zinc alloy) jacket. Nothing that could attract a magnet here!

Igman loads their range rounds with non-corrosive Boxers and clean-burning spherical powder, which both help to keep a rifle cleaner over the course of a range day. The Bosnia and Herzegovina company also draws their own brass cases specifically for this ammo. It’s going to reload nicely, if that’s what you want.

Igman’s M2A1 ammo can is a solid, seam-welded steel box that’ll resist all kinds of damage. Its steel latch shuts tight to lock the rubber-gasketed lid in place so it can block out harmful contaminants indefinitely. A must for preppers or folks who take their ammo to harsh environments!
