This ammo goes through Black Hills stringent inspection tests and due to minor cosmetic blemishes on the bullet or casing, it then becomes factory seconds (white box) ammo. Performance is not affected. This is premium ammo, with a great savings. This cowboy action ammo is loaded to just the right pressure and has muzzle velocity of 730fps. This ammo comes packed 50rds. per box.

Great cartridge for my ‘51 Navy Snubnose with the .45 conversion cylinder both from Taylor’s & Co. I find that .45 Colt rounds are just a hair to long and these Scholfield rounds while a little short in the cylinder fire beautifully and the quality of Black Hills Ammo factory seconds or not can’t be beat. Thank you ATG for the quick shipping on this hard to find ammo!

i shoot these out of my TAURUS JUDGE as well as 45 colts, 45 SCHOFIELD seem to be better to me
