Founded in 1949 as a simple, two-man operation, Hornady’s commitment to innovation and performance have made it a current industry superstar. One of the most respected names in the shooting world, Hornady introduced its LEVERevolution line to maximize the performance of traditional lever action rifles and revolvers.

Hornady LEVERevolution increases the effective range of your firearm by producing higher ballistic coefficients and flatter bullet trajectories. This package contains 200 factory fresh .45 Long Colt cartridges, each topped with a 225 grain FTX polymer-tipped hollow point projectile. Designed with Hornady’s FlexTip technology, these hollow points offer controlled expansion without sacrificing valuable penetration like many conventional bullet designs. Built to function reliably in tubular magazines, these loads also deliver maximized performance at the higher velocities produced with lever action firearms.

This ammunition is 100 percent non-corrosive, boxer primed, and features high quality brass cases that are fully reloadable. Each round produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 960 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 460 foot pounds. This ammunition is well-suited for hunting whitetails and other similarly-sized game animals.
