200rds – 243 Win Federal Power-Shok 100gr. SP Ammo

Federal Ammunition 100 Grain Soft-Point (SP) Ammo Details

We want you to hunt deer. We want you to hunt hogs. We want you to maybe enjoy a little target practice as well. That’s why we’ve got your Federal Power-Shok 243 Win ammo in stock by the case!

This round is armed with the ever-popular 100 grain soft point. It's not the most streamlined projectile on the market, but its 0.355 G1 ballistic coefficient means that it follows a pretty flat trajectory all the same. Expect the bullet to rise about 1.29” above the muzzle when you’re zeroed in at 150 yards. The soft point still retains 1,468 ft lbs of energy at that range, which is almost 50% more than the minimum you’re advised to hit a whitetail with.

The soft point widens following impact, thus transferring more of its energy outward while simultaneously excavating a ruinous wound channel inside soft tissue. The bullet also reliably penetrates to an effective depth for hunting, and still doesn’t destroy too much venison (or pork, depending on your target) in the process.

This ammo’s brass cases are new and reloadable. Its Boxer primers are noncorrosive, its propellant minimizes residue buildup, and its bullets can’t attract a magnet. Made in the USA – order today!

Good for coyotes. But not much of a fan of federal shells. They get the job done.
