There’s super 22 LR ammo … and then there’s Super Extra 22 LR ammo by Aguila. The manufacturer has factories in both Mexico and Texas, and they have consistently impressed since they were founded in collaboration with Remington in 1961!

This is your regular everyday target shooting 22 LR cartridge, with a 40 grain copper-plated round nose projectile. Don’t expect terminal expansion from a bullet like this – but don’t shoot your favorite squirrel with it, either. Copper plating does help to mitigate some of the lead fouling that gradually loosens up a firearm’s accuracy, and a solid point bullet feeds efficiently out of a magazine.

Aguila sources their own premium raw materials so they can make all of their fine components in-house (with the exception of the propellant, which most manufacturers would rather not formulate on site for safety reasons). Aguila’s consistent brass cases possess concentric rims, each of which is filled with non-corrosive priming compound. Two hundred and fifty rounds to a box for your shootin’ convenience!
