960rds – 308 Hirtenberger 146gr. FMJ Ammo

Hirtenberger 146 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

This is 308 Winchester Hirtenberger 146 grain FMJ ammo. This ammo was produced in the 1970s, and is surplus. These rounds are brass cased, however they are Berdan primed, which aren't easily reloaded like other primers. These FMJ bullets are also magnetic, so make sure that your range allow magnetic ammo. This ammo is excellent, and will perform superbly in Springfield M1As, AR-10s, and any other modern sporting rifle chambered for 308, as well as all bolt action 308s. This ammo is ideal for practicing the fundamentals of rifle marksmanship, sighting-in optics, plinking, and can even be used for dealing with small predators like coyotes, in a pinch.

This ammo was manufactured in Austria. Order today, before its gone for good.

Best deal around, fine stuff.Accurate and reliable. Beats win white box by a long way not to mention it seems to go through stuff easier because of copper clad steel jacket.

Good ammo for target practice. Reliable, comes clean, without any corrosion of the cases, even though it is old. I would recommend to store it in a humidity controlled environment.
