600rds – 7.62x39 MAXXTech Steel Series NFR 123gr. FMJ Ammo
MaxxTech 123 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details
We’re all about solving problems here at AmmoToGo.com. Take your current deficit of 7.62x39 ammunition, for example. That is a sizeable problem! But we’re about to solve it, because that’s what we do, and because our warehouse is jam-full of MAXXTech Steel Series NFR range ammo.Do you know what “NFR” means? It means “Not From Russia,” as in “this 7.62x39 was made in a country that it’s currently legal to import ammunition from.” MAXXTech (a Bosnian company) ammo is still pretty similar to Russian-made materiel, though.
These rounds’ cases? Steel, for added cost savings (albeit pretty much impossible to reload). Each case wears a very thin layer of polymer, which reduces friction as it rubs against a gun’s steel insides, and also shields the underlying steel from moisture.
Their bullets? One hundred twenty-three grain full metal jackets, aka “the most common 7.62x39 bullets, more or less.” Only remarkable thing about this round’s FMJ is something you probably suspect: it attracts a magnet. If you’re planning to fire this ammo at a range that disallows magnetic ammo, then you’d might as well put an end to that right now.
MAXXTech wouldn’t do you dirty by loading their economical 7.62x39 ammo with corrosive primers. These rounds’ Boxer primers are nice. They are noncorrosive.
