These 00 buckshot loads from Federal follow a standard, proven recipe for great performance against varmints, big cats, and even home intruders. Each shell features a 2-3/4 inch hull length with a raised rim at its crimp for easy loading into nearly any 12 gauge on the market. Other components include a high-brass head, non-corrosive 209 primer, and Triple Plus wad column which are all made in-house by Federal. This unique wad expands at the bottom and crushes in the center during firing in order to produce consistent muzzle velocity while reducing felt recoil.
