I own a smooth bore H&R Pardner Pump 12 ga. for home defense purposes. After going to the range I found the Federal Premium Truball rifle slug to be extremely effective resulting in 2 1/2 to 3" shot groups at 75 yards with a somewhat low to moderate recoil. It does what it says...better down range accuracy.
