Federal’s 3rd Degree line of ammunition is poised to deliver big results during your next turkey hunt no matter the distance you might find yourself from your game. This 12 Gauge shell is loaded with 20 percent FliteStopper #6 shot which provides a wide pattern for up-close efficacy, 40 percent #5 copper plated shot that decimates toms from a medium distance, and 40 percent Heavyweight TSS #7 tungsten alloy shot, which delivers great energy even over very long distances -- Heavyweight TSS shot is 22 percent denser than pure tungsten, and 56 percent denser than plain old lead!

This shell’s FliteControl Flex wad delivers a consistent and accurate spread for all three types of its shot, and works well with either a ported turkey choke or a standard one. The full-length wad adds additional value by protecting your shotgun’s bore from becoming damaged by the ultra-dense tungsten alloy shot as well.
