Winchester Ammunition 140 Grain JFP Ammo Details

This Winchester 40 S&W ammo is a part of the Super Clean product line of range training ammunition. This ammo is completely free of toxic metals and materials, making it ideal for indoor range training. Using this ammunition is much better for the environment in two ways. First, it introduces no new lead contaminants into the area where you are shooting. Second, lead is environmentally hazardous to mine and refine, and this ammo completely skips that hazardous step.

This 40 S&W ammo has a 140 grain jacketed flat point bullet. Because the bullet is a bit lighter than normal, this ammunition has another perk of having more manageable recoil than typical 40 S&W ammunition. This manageable recoil makes this ammo perfect for range training with people who are new to firearms and shooting sports in general. Each round uses a reloadable Boxer primed brass case.
