That benefits accuracy by ensuring the bullet can not begin to wobble as it decelerates from super- to subsonic velocity. Eley’s case mouth is engineered to seat and release the aerodynamic bullet with outstanding precision, and their primers and propellant charges are both engineered with the utmost regard for uniformity.
This round’s lead round nose bullet has two key features which enhance functionality in magazine-fed firearms. Its rounded ogive profile is contoured to slip seamlessly into the chamber, and the special lubricant applied to its body only reduces friction even further. That same lubricant remains effective at temperatures as low as -40° F, which makes this ammo great for winter target shooting and biathlon. Made in the United Kingdom.
