50rds – 204 Ruger Fiocchi 32gr. V-MAX Ammo

50rds – 204 Ruger Fiocchi 32gr. V-MAX Ammo Details

The 204 Ruger was developed in conjunction by Ruger and Hornady in 2004. Who better to make the bullet for this hard-hitting varmint hunting round by Fiocchi than Hornady themselves? This round sports a 32 grain V-MAX, a bullet with the accuracy requisite for popping diminutive game thanks to its streamlined polymer tip, aerodynamic profile, and uniformly distributed swaged lead core. The V-MAX’s tip sits on the rim of its precisely drawn copper jacket and extends downward into a well formed within its core. Upon impact, the tip builds up immense energy before coming into contact with the core, at which point it causes total and violent fragmentation of the entire projectile. The end result? A thoroughly dead, and probably momentarily airborne, varmint.

Apart from its bullet, this round features all of Fiocchi’s top shelf components: a new and reloadable brass casing, sensitive and non-corrosive Boxer primer, and propellant that is measured to produce a stable and nearly mach four muzzle velocity. You’ll be ready for everything with this cartridge, at least so long as it has buck teeth.
