This is 7.62x39 Brown Bear 123gr. Lacquer Full Metal Jacket Ammo. This ammo is manufactured by JSC Barnaul Machine-Tool Plant in Russia. Barnaul is considered to be the premier ammunition factory in Russia, and it supplies most of the ammo to the Russian Military. This ammo has the traditional lacquered steel case. This ammo is 100% non-corrosive and the primer is sealed for moisture protection. It comes packed in 20rd. boxes, 500rds. per case.

Great ammo for a fair price. I have put thousands of rounds through AK and SKS with no problems. My mini-30 has had feed issues with Wolf and other bulk brands but loves the Brown Bear! Ammo To Go always comes through with great prices and service.

I bought a lot of this ammo a few yars ago, stored in ammo cans with dessacant, and started shooting it. AK 47,s and SKS's eat it fine. My Colt AR15 in 7.62 will fire until it gets hot then the melting lacquer on the cases gums up the action. I can shoot two then jam, reliably!

Cheap and fine ammo for the AK's but keep it out of AR based weapons...
