These cartridges adhere to the tradition M80 specification and utilize 146-grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectiles. The FMJ is mated to a reloadable brass casing at its cannelure which engages the brass and prevents setback or jostling under recoil or throughout repeated chambering; this not only optimizes accuracy potential, but prevents shooters from creating their own dud rounds on accident.The reloadable brass casing has a non-corrosive Boxer primer affixed to its base with red, military-style sealant adorning its circumference.
