This shell’s wad is thick, which will spare your shotgun’s bore from becoming scored as the result of providing passage to relatively hard shot. Because steel has got less density than lead, and therefore less momentum, this shell’s muzzle velocity clocks in at a zippy 1,400 fps to compensate for the difference.
