400rds – 308 Armscor USA 147gr. FMJ Ammo

400rds – 308 Armscor USA 147gr. FMJ Ammo Details

This is great blasting ammo for your battle rifles chambered in .308 Winchester as well as practice ammo for your tack driving bolt-gun! Armscor, a manufacturer from the Philippines, creates these cartridges using reloadable brass casings which have been properly annealed at the neck and shoulder; this heat treatment prevents case splitting while ensuring a proper chamber seal for adequate pressure and dependable function. Each casing is equipped with a clean-igniting Boxer primer and topped off with a full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile.

The 147 grain projectile weight matches the NATO specification of 7.62x51mm (a version of this caliber with much higher pressure) so that shooters get high fidelity training recoil as well as a familiar flight trajectory. This profile is heavily supported by modern scope reticles as well as drop compensation tables. The Armscor name has been recognized for over a century for producing quality ammunition and firearms of both classic and unique designs. Their "USA" branded cartridges are made in Montana using feedback from competitive shooters to tailor the rounds to American preferences.
