300rds – 38 Special Remington UMC 130gr. FMJ Ammo
300rds – 38 Special Remington UMC 130gr. FMJ Ammo Details
We love the 38 Special. A little 38 Spl revolver can be a real life saver in some situations, and a lower-recoil (and less expensive) alternative to 357 Magnum is always a welcome thing. If you share our fondness of the 38 Spl, then you’ll love Remington’s 38 Spl!This cartridge is loaded with a 130 grain full metal jacket projectile. The FMJ lacks any steel and is nonmagnetic. It possesses a hard jacket, complete with a cannelure that preserves the bullet’s factory seating depth. It even has a flat nose profile, which helps it punch a clean hole through paper and also makes it safe for lever guns.
These American-made cartridges are outfitted with factory fresh brass cases and non-corrosive Boxer primers – the hallmarks of reloadability.
Many of our beautiful customers ask what “UMC” stands for. It means “Union Metallic Cartridge,” and it’s just the name of a company Remington merged with in 1912. Remington now uses UMC as the brand name for their basic range loads; it has no meaning as far as the ammo’s specs and features are concerned!
