This shotshell is loaded with nearly 300 pellets of #9 shot. You’ll barely notice a 2-1/2” 410 Bore shell’s recoil when it’s launching a half-ounce of shot to a velocity of 1,200 fps, but you’ll still witness the dense pattern which is effective at demolishing a flying clay. Stars and Stripes target loads are loaded with hardened lead shot pellets, which stay round under pressure and hit hard on impact.
