Those are approximately 402 individual 0.08” diameter 0.75 grain pellets, which exit a shotgun barrel’s muzzle at a rate of 1,140 fps. It’s fairly weak in the grand scheme of things, but you didn’t choose a 410 Bore because you’re addicted to heavy recoil.
