This XRG Defense series cartridge is loaded with a 77 grain solid copper hollow point bullet. The bullet’s light weight is the result of copper’s relatively low density – and the reason behind this ammo’s low-recoil performance. A monolithic bullet even further promotes rapid fire accuracy by preventing lead fouling of the bore, and its uniform weight distribution equals excellent in-flight rotational stability.

The SCHP provides reliable terminal expansion as it folds five flat petals outward. Better yet, copper’s excellent malleability equips this bullet to retain virtually all of its weight during penetration. That ensures the SCHP can reach the depth where it can inflict the greatest injury.
