The 380 Auto may not be the most powerful cartridge that you could depend on in a fight, but when it sports a bullet like Hornady’s XTP you’re still going to be a force to be reckoned with. This round’s bullet is intensely reliable, as its drawn gilding metal jacket shields the rim of its nose cavity to both promote smoother feeding in a semi-automatic as well as more certain expansion after penetration. The serrations engineered into the XTP’s jacket control expansion, as do its jacket’s varying thicknesses. shooting this ammo through a Bersa Firestorm I am getting 2 1/2’’ grps at 25 yrds from a rest for 5 shots. Seems to be very consistent
