These Winchester Super Handicap loads are designed to extend the range of your favorite 12 gauge scattergun for easier hunting and skeet sports while also lending confidence to new shooters in training. Each 12 gauge shell carries a 1-1/8 ounce load of #7-1/2 shot. The lead shot is chilled and hardened which increases ballistic performance on doves and quail as well as clay pigeons. These shotshells are also assembled using premium strength hulls, high energy, slow-burning powder, in-house-made 209 primers, and Winchester's unique AA wad.

The AA wad is designed with a precise crush zone which relieves felt recoil while capturing the most efficient amount of propellant gases in order to lend startling velocity to the shot. This increased speed works alongside the wad's foward petal design and capture cup in order to keep the lead shot in a tighter pattern for more effective hits at long distance.
