These Winchester AA Light Target loads are superb for extended range sessions as well as for introducing new shooters to clay sports and wingshooting practice. With a length of 2-3/4 inches, these shells are compatible with the widest variety of 12 gauge shotguns. Each shell is loaded with 1-1/8 ounces of hardened #9 shot which is proven to shatter clay pigeons with efficiency. For new shooters, these rounds exhibit very mild recoil which is achieved with a slightly lighter powder charge as well as Winchester's proprietary AA wad.

The AA wad design incorporates a properly fitting rear cup which makes the best use of propellant gases in order to provide optimum muzzle velocity.
