These versatile 12 Gauge target shells are loaded with 1-1/8 ounce piles of #7.5 shot. It’s the heaviest shot column you’re usually allowed for competition. It’s a perfect shot size for obliterating clays over a wide range of distances. Federal promotes tight patterns by making their pellets out of hard lead and giving them consistent diameters. Each pellet is exactly 0.095” or very close to it, and rigid enough to stay that way during propulsion.
