But instead of plastic, its wads are made of paper. They’ll gradually turn to mush and disappear after they’ve lied on the ground for a while. Better yet, the shot’s buffering material is made of cellulose – the same thing paper is made of! So long as you pick up its reloadable hulls, you’re not leaving behind any plastic when you fire off this ammo!

Its non-plastic components aside, this ammo is Federal’s usual – which is to say high-quality – work. Each round’s primer and powder are carefully matched to secure steady recoil and a 1,200 fps muzzle velocity. The hard lead #8 shot pellets were screened multiple times, so they’re the consistent diameter they need to be in order to form an effective pattern.
