It’s the end of days – for clays! When you take to the trap range with Federal Premium’s elite High Over All ammo in your 12 Gauge, you’re bringing the thunder you need to make clay bits rain down nonstop!

This shotshell is loaded with a lighter 1-ounce shot column. It has a hotter 1,290 fps muzzle velocity to show for it. All 497 of its #8.5 shot pellets are extremely uniform in diameter at 0.085”. But the real secret behind the shot’s tight, consistent pattern is its rigidity. The lead is alloyed with 5% antimony, which makes it hard enough to stay spherical while it rockets down the barrel – but also sufficiently dense to tear downrange with plenty of clay-crumbling energy.

This competition grade ammunition is an excellent pick if you especially want reloadable hulls. Between their easy-to-reform pure brass heads and compatibility with a wide selection of wads, these hulls make handloading easy. You may just want to reload this ammo with the same Podium wads that it came with, though. They promote narrower patterns and softer recoil with their unique sideways-donut-shaped compression zones.
