In addition to its high-antimony shot, this shell promotes fewer flyaway pellets with its Podium wad. It compresses to reduce recoil’s effects on the shot column and the shooter’s shoulder

This isn’t high-brass ammo. Its cap really is solid brass, though – not plated steel, which makes it easier to restore to form at a reloading bench. This shell’s crimped, tapered hull is not remotely picky about which component wad it’s reloaded with, which makes this ammo even more appealing if you just love pouring powder.
