This is a 3” shell – not 2-1/2” – so it’s only fit for shotguns or handguns with longer chambers. The extra length is worth it, however, because it enables the little shell to hold a whopping 402 pellets of #9 shot. Those are itty-bitty shot pellets, and not all that powerful once they achieve their advertised muzzle velocity of 1,140 fps (just barely supersonic) – but when you just want to give upland game a gentle kiss goodnight, one of these shells is all you’ll need!

This ammo is loaded in the heart of Missouri with reloadable brass-plated steel-capped plastic hulls, low-fouling powder and noncorrosive primers. Order the whole case and have a blast plinking with your favorite small-bore shotgun. We certainly wouldn’t try to stop you!
