Make no mistake: you don’t need to be a law enforcement officer to purchase and use this ammo. That’s a good thing, because it means anyone can count on the ultra-reliable FlexLock bullet for personal protection. The 135 grain jacketed hollow point doesn’t just reliably inflict damage because it exits an 8” barrel at 1,275 fps, at which velocity it strikes at close range with over 450 ft lbs of kinetic energy. Thanks to its Flex Tip, the JHP passes through barriers without getting its nose cavity clogged full of debris. And thanks to its InterLock band, the JHP’s tough jacket and core avoid fragmenting apart during high-velocity penetration of the threat and any barriers that might have shielded it.

This ammo is loaded with low-flash propellant – a great advantage if you’re firing in the dark where bright light would temporarily blind you. Its cases are also plated with nickel, which protects them against corrosion and getting stuck in the cylinder. This ammo is good for lever-action rifles, too!

This may well be the best defensive 357 magnum round out there. Excellent penetration and good expansion especially out of a full size revolver and even better in a carbine.
