250rds – 12 Gauge Winchester AA Super Spreader 2-3/4" 1oz. #8 Shot Ammo Details

It lets you smash the clay when it’s moving its fastest.

It lets you take lead angle into lesser account.

It hones your skill so you can become a more capable hunter.

Yes sir, there ain’t nothing better than shooting trap at close range!

Winchester must share that sentiment. Why else would they roll out their specialized AA Super Spreader 12 Gauge ammunition in the year of our Lord 2026?

This shell is loaded with one even ounce of #8 lead shot, as well as the powder it needs to send said shot off at 1,250 fps (3 dram equivalent).

That’s normal. That’s not exciting. What IS exciting is the Super Spreader wad. Its shot cup splits in half fast and releases the shot string much looser than average. That’s why Winchester promises this shell to place a 70% wider pattern at 20 yards!

This shell spreads its shot apart too much to be of great use for longer-distance trap, but it’s right on the money if you like intercepting orange the instant it pops out of its house.
