Whether you favor double-aught for deer hunting or practical home defense, this 12 Gauge shotshell from Remington’s LE TAC 8 line of ammunition is packed with features that heighten its performance admirably. This shell’s eight .33” diameter pellets are hardened with three percent antimony, so they’re hard enough to keep their spherical shape en route through the bore and out the muzzle to fly true until they’ve found their target. The shell’s advanced polymer buffering does even more to prevent pellet deformation.

This shell further features Remington’s Power Piston one-piece wad and shot column that promotes even and consistent patterning. The result of all of this means that the LE TAC 8 delivers a 25 percent tighter pattern than other comparable loads. On top of all that, the sealant on this shell’s primer and crimp will keep it uncontaminated by moisture and ready to serve its purpose at a moment’s notice.
