This 12 Gauge shell from Federal’s Law Enforcement line of ammunition features a one ounce Tactical TruBall rifled slug. A TruBall slug has great accuracy thanks to the manner in which its components are locked together, centering the slug perfectly within a smoothbore shotgun’s barrel. The components separate upon exiting the muzzle at a velocity of 1,300 fps, creating straight flight that would enable tight groupings from a distance of 50 yards.Because this slug generates relatively little recoil when fired, the shooter will be able to comfortably fire fast follow-up shots, and furthermore easily acquire additional targets.
