20rds – 9mm Underwood 90gr. Xtreme Defender Ammo
20rds – 9mm Underwood 90gr. Xtreme Defender Ammo Details
This 9mm self-defense round’s bullet is unconventional to say the least. It is not only a flyweight at 90 grains, but its unique drill bit profile lacks any kind of nose cavity. It is also made of solid copper! This is the Xtreme Defender bullet. Because it’s so light it delivers an exceptionally fast muzzle velocity and generates only little recoil. Because it is CNC machined out of copper it shoots clean, boasts exceptional balance for heightened accuracy, and retains virtually 100 percent of its weight during barrier and terminal penetration alike. And because the Xtreme Defender doesn’t expand, it consistently penetrates to a maximum depth of 18 inches!
The Xtreme Defender doesn’t need to expand to produce a cripplingly wide wound cavity. As the bullet rockets through its target, the blades and flutes machined into its tip engage with whatever soft tissue they come into contact with. They then utilize hydraulic energy to jet those tissues outward, creating a simply massive permanent wound cavity.
The Xtreme Defender’s lack of a nose cavity makes its profile more conducive to smooth feeding in a semi-auto, and also prevents clogging from impacting its terminal performance. Underwood gave this round a low friction nickel plated brass case to assure even smoother feeding, as well as low flash propellant to prevent muzzle flash from blinding its shooter in a dark environment.

This bullet is the best on the market, look at the videos on the internet. Some say it might over penetrate but the gel test isn’t real life because factors like clothing and tissue and bones need to be considered. In a real life or death situation I’ll trust this bullet! Don’t let the not popular name fool you .
