HSM has loaded the perfect ammunition for any AR-10 or bolt-action rifle, suppressed or otherwise. Its weaker powder charge and beefy 300 grain bullet produce a muzzle velocity of just 960 fps. No cracking report as the result of breaching the sound barrier. No transonic destabilization as the result of decelerating from supersonic to subsonic velocity, either.

The hollow point boat tail bullet’s stability is further improved by its concentric copper jacket, flawlessly distributed lead core, tapered base, and low-drag frontal profile.
