This cartridge from Nosler’s Trophy Grade line of ammunition sports its Oregonian manufacturer’s technologically advanced 140 grain AccuBond projectile. The AccuBond has been manufactured in such a way as to all but inseparably bond its tapered copper alloy jacket to its lead alloy core, the latter of which has got no voids within it. As the result this bullet exhibits excellent weight retention during penetration, just what is needed to effectively take down any kind of of game, and further creates extremely little fouling within a rifle’s bore.The AccuBond’s distinctive white polymer tip serves multiple functions: It enhances the bullet’s accuracy, prevents the tip from becoming damaged as the result of recoil, and initiates wide expansion during penetration. The AccuBond also owes its ability to mushroom widely to its Solid Base, which provides a substantial platform for expansion. Its base is also tapered to increase its ballistic coefficient for even better accuracy.
