MaxxTech 123 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

Do you want a low-tech solution to target shooting? Then, like, just get some rubber bands, man. They’re cheap.

Do you want a MAXXTech solution to target shooting instead? Much better choice! That way you can enjoy the Bosnian company’s Steel Series NFR 7.62x39 ammunition, which is a whole heaping helping more powerful than any rubber band can be – even those really big ones.

“NFR” simply means “Not From Russia” (as of summer 2026, the embargo on Russian-made ammo still molders on). “Steel Series” refers to the components that make this ammo more affordable than usual. Its cases? Not made of brass. Made of steel, and additionally coated in polymer to help prevent tarnishing resulting from passive exposure to humidity. Its bullets? Lead cores with mostly steel jackets that even reduce the amount of copper you’re obligated to pay for even further.

There are two major downsides to keep in mind before ordering this ammunition (with fast shipping):

1. It is not reloadable

2. Its bullets attract a magnet (which reduces the number of gun ranges you’re allowed to fire it at)

MAXXTech does not load corrosive primers.
