This round’s SST bullet is fully equipped to KO the biggest of deer. It tunnels deeply into its target thanks to its InterLock ring and cannelure: two points which physically secure the SST’s core to its jacket. Its broad and fast terminal expansion is assured by its hard polymer tip, which wedges into the core’s waiting nose cavity on impact and easily breaks open the thin rim of the surrounding tapered jacket.
