Rounds from the Inceptor line are assembled using conventional components like a non-corrosive Boxer primer, a standard pressure powder charge, and a reloadable brass casings which are topped off with the proprietary ARX projectile. The ARX bullet has three flutes in its ogive but shares its outline shape with conventional FMJ rounds which ensures seamless feeding in handguns that disagree with hollow-point designs.
