This cartridge’s bullet is exclusively designed to deliver the terminal ballistics needed to fell large game. As a hard cast, it boasts the superior rigidity requisite for deep penetration. There’s no terminal expansion to speak of, which helps the bullet avoid penetrating too shallowly to reach a big beast’s ticker.

This round’s bullet weighs a hefty 355 grains, which gives it the momentum it needs to penetrate even deeper still. It manages to hit a respectable muzzle velocity of 1,350 fps thanks not just to the hot charge of propellant backing it up, but also the gas check on its base which prevents propellant gas leakage throughout ignition.
