Loaded with 155 grain, Barnes X pure copper bullets, this .400 Corbon DPX ammunition is ideal for law enforcement and civilian personal protection. These jacketless projectiles are heat-treated for extra toughness, providing excellent penetration. With 100 percent weight retention, even when shot through tough barriers like thick clothing, leather, auto glass, and steel, these loads deliver dependable threat-stopping power for real-world self-defense situations.
Deriving its name from the four separate, razor-edged petals that peel back to form a large "X," Barnes X bullets expand to carve a wide wound channel. WIth no separate jacket, and no lead core, these solid copper projectiles hold together to deliver powerful terminal energy transfer.
