20 Rounds - 380 Auto Red Tracer Ammo
This package contains 20 rounds of red tracer ammunition. This fun-shooting ammo is safe to shoot from any weapon chambered in .380 Auto. Each round features a unique pyrotechnic charge at the base of the projectile. This charge ignites to produce a bright red streak of light when the primer ignites the propellant powders. The trace begins immediately upon exiting the muzzle and continues to trace for up to 400 yards.
Originally developed for military use, red tip tracer ammo provided a simple and easy method for shooters to visually track the trajectory of their shots and immediately adjust their shooting and point of aim.
The red trace produced by these rounds is vibrant and highly visible in dark shooting conditions, although it is bright enough to easily see during daylight hours. While this ammunition is considered a novelty round it is still considered lethal and all standard firearms safety protocols should be followed during its use. It may also pose a mild fire hazard. Avoid shooting tracer rounds into dry vegetation or other combustible materials.
