20rds - 357 Mag Heavy Buffalo Bore 158gr. JHP Ammo

20rds - 357 Mag Heavy Buffalo Bore 158gr. JHP Ammo Details

Buffalo Bore specializes in high-quality, large caliber ammunition. This proud American company uses a unique quality control system, test firing ammunition in real firearms rather than laboratory test barrels. This system ensures their products perform consistently and effectively in real world shooting situations.

This package contains 20 premium rounds. Each factory fresh cartridge is loaded with a 158 grain jacketed hollow cavity (JHC) projectile. Featuring a large hollow cavity inside the jacket material, these JHC loads produced massive, controlled expansion in soft tissue, making them ideal for both personal protection and for hunting deer with either a rifle or handgun.

Each round produces a muzzle velocity of 1475 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 763 foot pounds. This ammunition is non-corrosive, boxer primed, and brass cased.

Buffalo Bore Heavy .357 Magnum ammunition is designed to increase the power of the .357 Mag. These rounds are safe to shoot in any steel .357 revolver, including J frames. However, it is not recommended for use in super light alloy revolvers as the projectiles may crimp jump under recoil.
