This package contains 20 rounds of Hornady Superformance .338 Winchester Magnum ammunition. Each round is loaded with a 200 grain InterLock Super Shock Tip (SST) projectile. The sharp, pointed polymer tip creates a faster, flatter trajectory with a higher ballistic coefficient than the average hunting bullet.

These unique SST bullets feature Hornady’s trademark InterLock ring system which allows the bullet core and the jacket to remain solidly locked during terminal expansion. The one-piece core and jacket are strengthened in critical areas to control expansion and provide superior weight retention. The result is a massive and effective wound channel for quick humane kills.

Each of these factory fresh rounds is non-corrosive, boxer primed, and features high quality, reloadable brass cases. Hornady Superformance rounds are loaded with progressive dynamic propellant powders designed to increase performance without increasing recoil, chamber pressure, or barrel fouling.

These rounds produce a consistent muzzle velocity of 2830 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 3531. This ammunition is well-suited for big game hunting and is effective on the largest North American and African game.
