This package contains 20 rounds of Hornady Custom .300 Winchester Magnum ammunition. Each factory fresh cartridge is topped with a 150 grain SST (Super Shock Tip) projectile.
SST bullets produce flat trajectories and reliable accuracy, even at longer ranges. These bullets incorporate Hornady’s cutting-edge secant ogive design and a tapered point, which increases the bullet’s bearing surface to create a more aerodynamic profile. Also featuring a boattail base for improved in-flight stability, these are some of the most deadly accurate hunting loads on the market.
Featuring a hard polymer tip, these proprietary projectiles deliver lightning-fast, yet controlled terminal expansion. SST bullets also feature Hornady's signature InterLock ring, which mechanically locks the lead core to the copper jacket. Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 3275 feet per second, each round generates 3572 foot pounds of muzzle energy.
