Winchester’s white box ammo is a long-standing favorite among shooters all across the country. You’re already smart, because you own a rifle chambered for 300 AAC Blackout. (Unless you don’t, in which case no offense intended.) But now’s the time to make the genius move and order a few boxes of Winchester’s tried-and-true range loads!This round is decked out with a 125 grain open tip bullet. Despite appearances, the open tip is not a hollow point and will not enlarge as it penetrates soft tissue. Its terminal performance is basically the same as an FMJ! What the open tip is designed for is superior accuracy, which it delivers thanks to its form-fitted lead core, sleek overall profile, concentric jacket and fully enclosed flat base.
Winchester’s 300 Blackout ammo is exclusively nonmagnetic and non-corrosive, and its Boxer-primed brass suits it well for handloading. These rounds’ cases were not polished after being heat-treated at the factory – any discoloration you see is solely cosmetic.
